Rates:
For most weeks, rates are $185/weeknight and $225/weekend night (Friday and Saturday).
Full weeks: $1250. Holiday rates are higher.
Discounted cleaning fee: $160 per stay (higher for seasonal rental).
Security deposit: $500 refundable deposit per stay. Longer stays require additional deposit.
Taxes: 9% NH State Rooms & Rentals tax required for all stays.
If you choose to book through AirBNB or VRBO, their booking feels will apply.

Higher rates are in place for:
- New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend
- February vacation
- Memorial Day weekend
- July 4 week
- Labor Day weekend
- Columbus Day weekend and some peak leaf-peeping weekends
- Christmas week

Seasonal ski rental:
- December 15, 2026 – April 15, 2027: $14,000+ 8.5% NH Rooms/Rentals tax and security deposit
- January 1, 2027 – April 1, 2027: $13,000+ 8.5% NH Rooms/Rentals tax and security deposit
- Seasonal rental includes heat, plowing, electricity, wifi. Cleaning fee and security deposit required.
